The Company
EFFEGI company is a family-run manufacturing company that since 1965 has been producing scissors for manicure, beauty and embroidery, in hardened, nickel-plated and stainless steel, distributed in Italy and abroad. We produce scissors with a precise, sharp and clean cut, of various sizes and shapes.
The headquarters are located in Premana, in the province of Lecco, a town linked for centuries to the tradition of ironworking and seat of the homonymous district of scissors and cutting tools.
Goal
Our aim has always been to offer a high-quality product to meet in the best way the needs of our customers. To achieve this goal, continuous investments in new technologies and in the training of the workforce are necessary.
At the bottom of our work there has always been a serious professionality in the manufacturing of the products, the accurate organization of the activities within the company, a continuous commitment to improve the quality of the materials and the production techniques and the respect of leading times.
The commitment, experience and seriousness of our staff contribute to this, in order to guarantee the quality not only of the product, but of all those essential activities needed to create the product itself.
Technology
Over the years we carried out tests, selections and accurate choices of raw materials, in order to achieve a better and more efficient final product, introducing also stainless steel, which is more difficult to work, but essential to guarantee a better duration and a high-quality product.
We have gone from totally manual processing to the use of automated and high-tech machines, through a continuous and focused research and development of faster and more effective production techniques.
This has led us to obtain the quality certification of our production.
We certainly create custom scissors also on request.
